Fishing Buddy Go is operated by A2 Vision AB (Org. Nr: 559551-7797). By creating an account or using our mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fishing Buddy Go ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Fishing Buddy Go.

2.2 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

2.3 One Account Per Person

You may only create one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.

• You may register using email, phone number, or Apple Sign In
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Security

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account

4. Permitted Use

Fishing Buddy Go is designed to help fishing enthusiasts connect with compatible fishing buddies. You agree to use the App only for this intended purpose.

4.1 Acceptable Use

• Create a genuine profile representing yourself
• Communicate respectfully with other users
• Use the App to find fishing companions
• Share fishing spots and tips with the community

4.2 Profile Content

• Upload only photos of yourself (no group photos as main profile picture)
• Provide accurate information about your fishing preferences
• Keep your profile information up to date

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

5.1 Misrepresentation

• Create fake, misleading, or impersonation accounts
• Use photos that are not of you
• Provide false information about your identity, age, or fishing experience

5.2 Harassment and Abuse

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Send unsolicited commercial messages or spam
• Use offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language
• Engage in hate speech or promote violence

5.3 Inappropriate Content

Upload, share, or transmit objectionable content including:

• Nudity or sexually explicit material
• Violence or graphic content
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Illegal content or content promoting illegal activities
• Copyrighted material without permission

5.4 Commercial Use

• Use the App for commercial purposes without our written permission
• Advertise products or services
• Recruit users for other platforms or businesses
• Collect user data for commercial purposes

5.5 Technical Abuse

• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Interfere with the App's operation or servers
• Bypass security measures or access restrictions
• Copy, scrape, or extract data from the App

5.6 Competitive Activity

• Use the App to develop or support a competing service
• Analyze the App's features or business model for competitive purposes
• Recruit our users for a competing platform

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality of Fishing Buddy Go, including but not limited to:

• The matching algorithm and swipe functionality
• User interface and design
• App structure and workflow
• Logos, trademarks, and branding

are owned exclusively by A2 Vision AB and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6.3 User Content

• You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, messages, etc.)
• By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App
• You represent that you have the right to upload all content you submit

7. Subscriptions and Payments

7.1 Premium Features

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription terms are provided at the time of purchase.

7.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Payments are processed by Apple/Google, not directly by us
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law

8. Content Moderation

8.1 Our Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Review, monitor, and moderate user content
• Remove content that violates these Terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Report illegal activity to authorities

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in prohibited conduct
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• We believe your account poses a safety risk
• Required by law

10. User Interactions and Safety

10.1 User Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users
• We do not conduct background checks on users
• Exercise caution when meeting users in person
• Meet in public places and inform someone of your plans

10.2 No Liability for User Conduct

We are not responsible for:

• The conduct of other users
• Meetings or interactions between users
• Disputes between users
• Injuries, damages, or losses resulting from user interactions

11. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A2 Vision AB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 100 SEK, whichever is greater.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
